Any permanent changes to your property addressed by our covenants (such as paint color changes, roof color changes, tree removal, fencing, etc.) require approval. Review our design standards and community covenants first, then submit an ACC request form before proceeding. Your request will be reviewed by the board and given a response within 30 days, which must be factored into your project. Do not proceed without approval. Normally, you'll have a response much quicker than 30 days.
